From Real-Time Game Data to Autonomous AI Risk Decisions: Confluent + Orchestrate + IBM Bob
Lucas Fernandez, CDW
Wed, Nov 4, 2:00–2:30 PMInnovation Theater
Discover how Confluent Cloud (Kafka & Apache Flink), IBM watsonx Orchestrate, and IBM connect real-time data streams to autonomous AI agents. Using a live risk and compliance scenario (gaming fraud detection), this introductory session shows how business and technical teams can automate critical decisions—from fraud prevention to operational workflows—with enterprise governance and human-in-the-loop controls. This presentation showcases how gaming operators can stream live player session data — including logins, game selections, and session lengths — into Confluent to power real-time AI agents that detect problem gambling signals, flag potential fraud, & offer compliance teams real-time decision making tools. The scenario will utilize IBM Bob to build, watsonx Orchestrate to govern/manage autonomous AI agents, and Confluent Cloud to ensure real-time data streams are appropriately sync with said agents.
